What is Kemp Stone ?

Kemp is just another name for Burmese Ruby or Kucha Kal and it denotes the scarlet colour. Kempu also means read in Telugu and kannada. These unique red and green colour stones are used in creating dazzling designs of haaram, rakodi, oddiyanam, necklace and jhumkas.
